Al Aqsa visit

Everyone was super nice, it was clean and efficient. The parking was very disappointing. I thought when they said onsite parking it would be a normal parking lot, it was not. I think they should make this clear in their advertising.

I could not have had a better stay here. Every single staff member that I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly and did whatever they possibly could to meet my every need. I very much look forward to staying here again.

Posted 21 Apr 2019 on HotelsThis hotel offers a wonderful service - among the best you can find in a hotel in Jerusalem and at an affordable price. The hotel has the feeling of a family run hotel. If you have any problems the staff are quick to sort them out. The hotel is conveniently located for all the sights. I saw guests from Europe, America and other parts of the world staying. The food menu is top quality - so even if you are not a guest, I highly recommend the restaurant. If you want to experience hospitality, then stay here.
