Overall a good experience.
The Sheraton Lincoln Harbor is an good and reasonably priced hotel close to Hoboken.
I paid in advance for parking and breakfast. For some reason it was not noted on the invoice that both were included. If you book with “extras” I advise you to take a screen shot of the options you select so you have a record.
Although I couldn’t “prove” that I had paid for breakfast and parking, the receptionist gave me free parking. so that was a plus since parking is $35 if you don’t pre-pay.

This will be my go-to hotel when visiting NYC. The rooms were clean and spacious, the view gorgeous, and it is steps from the ferry stop. Lots of dining options within a few blocks of the hotel. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. This is a gem of a hotel for a reasonable price.
