Great location! Walkable distance to shopping stores and restaurants. Front desk staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Free shuttle to Jeju airport was a bonus. Enjoyed my stay.

Quiet around area, walking distance 10-15mins to reach shopping street, restaurants. Have airport shuttle is very convenient.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location. Elevators are slow. Breakfast buffet rather mediocre. Bed was a bit small. Overall an acceptable experience

Generally convenient which locate in the city, parking is convenient & free, if you self drive

This is a great place to stay it is western standards hotel the only difference you will notice as with most asian hotels the bed is much too firm

I loved the breakfast buffet. I did not like how hot the room was. I was unable to lower the temperature at night which was very uncomfortable.
