Comfortable, spacious clean room. Staff polite and friendly; particularly exceptional service from a concierge staff (English name Peter) who helped contact our car rental service to fix a tyre puncture even quite late af night. Delicious food at the Pocha - great views from the restaurant and rooms. Great restaurants around the area. Shops are convenient especially the 7-Eleven. Parking is free and spacious. The Jjimjil spa was wonderful - especially. For sore muscles from a post-Hallasan hike.

Great property however had a horrible check in experience. Employees at this property just will not greet at all. They need to learn customer service skills from Grand Intercontinental Parnass Seoul where employees will volunteer to help from the moment you get off the cab till getting to your room.

The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. That aside, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfy with great views and there are a ton of things to do inside the hotel. Great experience. We were so sad to leave!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with very friendly helpful staff. Well worth the cost. The rooms are stunning and have beautiful views of the city and the ocean. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful soaking tub. Many various dining options both within the hotel and also walkable in the surrounding neighborhood. Bus lines and/or taxis can take you all around the island to see the gorgeous natural beauty of the area.
