It was nice when we got there, until we saw a new york cockroach!! I am literally not kidding, I asked my boyfriend if that was a cockroach and he reluctantly said yes. The hotel people were just standing there chatting as it was in the lobby. And the hotel walls were super thin. We could hear everyone and everything. We were also disappointed with the breakfast, there was barely anything and ants were crawling all over the juice, resulting in us buying our breakfast. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

We were in a room next to a family with young children that were verbally noisy and banging. Recommend placing families at the end of the hall to minimize exposure to other guests.

This hotel was not very clean or well kept up. We did not stay the night here and stayed elsewhere. The bed in our original room had hair and what seemed like crumbs on the bed. We understand these things happen so we went down and the staff did upgrade us to a suite no extra charge which was very kind. Once we walked into the second room we quickly realized this too wasn’t clean. Marks and stains all over the bed and sheets, crumbs on the table/island area, a residue around the sink. It just wasn’t worth staying the night and after the second room we weren’t willing to try a third.

Room nested with ants. Shower leaked all over floor drain not workin creating fall risk. Non service pets all over motel that advertises no pets. People smoking in non smoking rooms smelling up hallway. I say the staff were very nice and cordial.
