Manager in breakfast buffet Mr Fachrul paid attention
to each customer.Cleaning staff and reception were very attentive and polite.

The staffs at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond excellent. Highly recommend!

Room is kinda big even for the entry level
Well maintained albeit the hotel is not ‘young’ anymore
Decent breakfast with plenty of variety but quality can be better
Not that many dining options in the hotel and the food at nearby mall is not that good either

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Outstanding facilities, spacious rooms and great staff who go above and beyond to cater to your needs.
The hotel is in a great location, conveniently situated above a large shopping mall that has everything you need.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta, will definitely stay again
