It was fairly good, the hotel was located near bus stop. Near restaurants and shops.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years now (5+ years) because it is closed to my parent's' house. I feel it is a good value hotel. Facility, particularly the room is clean, though a bit small. Breakfast has many options, though the food is just okay. In my recent stay in January 2020, I found the towels are a bit dirty (grayish, not white color) and worn out.

All the shower towel are extremely old and not clean enough. I can see stains on it from previous use. The hotel amenity is ok but lack of cleanliness.

Towels and bedsheets are old and has a bad odor. The air conditioner blows air that smells like cigarette smoke and I was in a non-smoking room
