Very good service and comfortable hotel, appreciated the quiet room. Convenient access to large mall and all things considered an excellent stay.

Room was very Dirty, they upgraded me to Suite and that’s also have insects 🕷️ in same.

Great service every time we stay here. The restaurants in the hotel and the surrounding area are excellent. Very comfortable in a great location as everything you need is all around you in Central Jakarta. You will not regret staying at this hotel.
