I liked staff people. On the first night a man who took the same elevator stalked me and call me on the room phone like so many times and told me he wanted to go to my room and talk with me, so I was really scared and asked for a help to the front desk. They listened to me very politely and changed my room. As a whole I liked this hotel, but just one point, I found some stains on the bed sheet, and I didn’t like it.

The internet rarely worked and I had to use my mobile phone the whole time for Internet. The doors are broken. You can think they are closed and locked but hey aren't really and anyone can just walk into your room without a card. Most hotels have an alarm go off if your door is left open for more than a few seconds. The hotel Staff work hard to do no jobs and there is no issue with them. It's the head office for the hotel who really screwed up in these 2 aspects.

Staff r very friendly and helpful. They r excellent, pak agus in restaurant r excellent. Daniel, Rungga r excellent and very helpful

I like the location and near MacDonald and Alfa Maret. Did not like the odore of the room and maybe they need to use some nice good smell detergent to wash the pillows cover and bed sheet.

A nice hotel with very good staff. The only gripe that I have is that the WiFi was a bit shaky at times.
