ok for the price

1 hour to checkin cause they couldn'f find the reservation witht the payement. Very polite but untrained staff. Bad cigarette smell in the first room. Comfy bed

This hotel was convenient for us because of the British embassy. Didn't seem to be any shops and restaurants nearby.

Too basic, not enough service

I figured that Amaris is just a budget hotel, but I never expected that the room and amenities are just...that. And the service was bad. There were noone when I had breakfast, I didn't know who to go to to ask for a refill.

Impressed by service from staff...but room is not clean and smelly...shampoo and body shampoo given is not good in smell.

Near Business district

Location of the hotel is next to Rasuna Said, making it easy for business meetings. Staff is friendly and responsive. While the rooms are basic, they are comfortable for business travellers who dont need the frills. Breakfast is more Indoenesian spread. The eateries around the hotel is walking distance too.
