Very friendly staff in a non-commercial way. Didn’t feel like a tourist and the staff was very helpful with explaining tours etc.

This was a beautiful property with the best pool. The rooms were great and comfortable, the view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Croc’s!! This was our second time there. I broke my leg hiking in the rainforest and the hotel was so accommodating!! They lent me a wheelchair to use during my stay and gave me a chair for the shower too. We would normally walk into town every night for dinner (it’s super safe and only a 10 minute walk), but since I couldn’t, it was handy to have 4 restaurants available at the resort to choose from! Tons to do in the area, many with just a 30-60 minute drive to the attraction
