Pool opened the day we left. Building is old in need of repairs. Bathroom vent not working. AC unit had to be replaced. Shower tiles coming off the shower wall. Shower curtain rod hanging down. Mentioned to maintance man but not repaired in the 2 weeks we stayed

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We advertised our pool being closed for the month of May due to construction on our website and a sign at the front desk. Anyone wanting to cancel with full refund has been given the opportunity to do so. I will look into your room reservation to make sure the toilet was fixed. The pool wasn't operational. But they failed to let you know that during booking.

The staff was decently courteous and professional. The room was ran down. Visible water intrusion patches all over the ceiling, a large ant dead in the only picture frame, an insertable thermometer left in the bathroom, broken bathroom door, 2 broken lamps, patches all over the walls. One of the worst room I've stayed in that price range.

The staff was great! Especially the mid shift desk clerk Simone! She was very nice and helpful! She walked the soles off her shoes trying to find us rooms. She also provided us information for things to do around town as tourist. Ramada, she is a keeper!

The room was very dirty, and smelled musty. The pool was closed.

The beds were shockingly comfortable. The breakfast was good and very nice staff. However, the room itself was old, musky, and smelled like cigarettes. The pool was closed. If you are looking for an inexpensive and quick stay this might work for you. Rough around the edges for sure.
