I will absolutely never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. We needed somewhere cheap and near Baymeadows so we thought this place would be perfect. For starters, the lobby was absolutely stunning, but we waited over 40 minutes in line at check in because there was only one clerk checking people in. Then, when we were getting checked in, she barely spoke to us and gave us our key. We were set to stay on the 3rd floor. The elevator was absolutely wonky and scary. There was no handicap accessible guardrails inside the elevator. When we got to the 3rd floor, the whole floor was full of random men hanging out in the hallway. I totally understand people getting too and from their rooms, but they were sitting outside peoples doors on their phones, which made me feel very uncomfortable. If I was not with my husband, I would’ve felt unsafe. The 3rd floor was very dark and reeked of cigarettes, which a lot of the men in the hallway were smoking. We were supposed to receive a king suite in a non smoking room, but the room we were given was absolutely full of cigarette smoke, and it was getting hard to breathe. We called the front desk to ask for a new room, which they said was fine, so My husband called the elevator… the elevator took 5 minutes to arrive. I decided to walk down the stairs and it took me only 60 seconds, but since he had luggage he could not follow. Our new room on the first floor was a lot better. I could still smell a bit of the cigarette smell but it was no where near as

We came to Jacksonville for a graduation. We booked a room for 3 nights. We only stayed 1. This place smells bad and is dark inside. The room smelled like someone threw up inside and they barely cleaned it up on the carpet. Also the wash rags and towels had stains on them from previous guest. We checked out early and they did not credit us back for the 2 nights we did not stay. I will never book a Ramada Hotel again due to this experience. If I could good give it a negative 10 I would. Dont stay here at all.

The lobby was nice and had nice resturant and bar. Dirty elevator, baseboards and walls, the wall accent in our room falling apart the continental breakfast was minimal. The staff was curteous. It seemed like a welfare hotel with some sketcy people living there with there dogs. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Cleaning people were working hard. Front desk staff were nice but hotel is tired. Room was decent but carpet had fleas. Pool was green. Remodeling was in progress.

The checkin clerk used my information to personally call and talk me 5 times already. I was scared. The manager today at check out wasn't concerned. I am thinking about calling the police and fear for all customers and their credit card information.

This was the nasty hotel ever I have pictures of the stained towels, the light falling out the roof, a video of a lady sitting in the hall for HOURS high off drugs & falling asleep! ONLY one face towel. The cleaning ladies are very rude. This was a terrible hotel. Glad it was for only one night! I actually asked for my money for WAYY before I even got in the room ! Oh and the pool was closed for maintenance but was told it’s been closed for months!!
