Staff very friendly. Within minutes of all the sites.
Area with a lot of restaurants. Very walkable.

The breakfast was AMAZING and you have access to there coffee/espresso machine all day long. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Really close to major tourist sites and transportation.

Dear Asm,We are dead-end street and there is no any restaurant around our guesthouse. We believe we are in quiet area despite of our central position.

Easily the best breakfast during our 3 week Turkey trip. A few stair to get up to our room but clean and comfortable and well located.

Beautiful stay at the property, considering it’s situated in old city, property is well managed.
Staff was awesome and super helpful, rooms are little bit small but the rooftop patio and breakfast makes up for it.
Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful small hotel! Super clean facilities, helpful staff, great breakfast each morning with plentiful options. Bed was more comfortable than I expected. Only an 8-10 minute walk to Topkapi, Hagia Sofia and all nearby.

We had a great 7 night stay at this clean and convenient guesthouse. The breakfast is even more amazing than it looks in the photos and the terrace was a perfect place for an afternoon break with a bottle of wine. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse is just perfect.
Lovely rooms great breakfast amazing staff.
Perfectly situated in Istanbul.

The guesthouse was very central to major sites in old Istanbul. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied for all diets and the dining area had a beautiful view of the Bosporus. We very much enjoyed our stay.
