The property is clean and tidy. Some resyaurantsvare just nearby, walking distance. The only of a bit problem is the parking. If park outside, need to put coupon for weekdays. If park at the property parking, if someone block your exit, then have to wait for the person to reverse before you can exit. Other than that, all are ok.

The Aircond has no cold air, blowing downwards. It is as good as no aircond, no fan. I couldn't sleep the whole night.

The washroom hot water can’t function, asking the extra pillows need pay money. Very disappointed

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The hot water function was functioning due to the safety switch was switched off. As this issue wasn't reported to us, we didn't able to unsolve the issue immediately. Sincere apologies from the Hotel. Do give us a chance to serve you better the next time.
