Thank you Glen - when you make a booking through these sites please read your TERMS & CONDITIONS. To cancel at 2.45pm on day of check in and not expect to be charged is not professional. This booking was made on the 30/11/2023 - booking was confirmed for 20 days. When wanting to cancel a booking made through these sites YOU CANCEL THROUGH WOTIF/EXPEDIA not through the accommodation provider. To get angry with us on the phone is not called for. Great place to stay with all amenities and facilities required.
Friendly staff and modern accommodation which afforded a safe and wonderful weekend.
Would thoroughly recommend everyone take advantage of the well-run property when in Inverell.

Very comfortable and clean accomodation. No exhaust fan in the bathroom which has a slight mould smell.
Also, when I booked via Wotif it didn't have the actual name of the hotel in the booking but "Hotel overview". Which took to be the name and was a bit confused for a while when I arrived at the address.
