Staff need training on processing payments. Room advertised and sold at $150, card charged at $170. Staff acknowledged error but didn't know how to fix error, stating the hotel system was to blame.

Hi Donald, Thank you for your feedback.I do believe you have mistaken us for somewhere else. Our room rates aren't 150 per night. We have 2 full time reception staff that have both worked in the position for several years, I'm looking at your online booking itinerary & you paid a totally different price to the one you are stating. If an overcharge error was made by either of us it would have been rectified immediately, we would state it was a system error as we are both quiet capable processing a refund. The motel is a 3 minute walk from the Tyto Wetlands. If you stay here be sure to walk these, preferably at sunset or sunrise when ghe sounds of the birds, frogs and other animals are incredible. The room was spacious and the beds comfy. Covered parking is available in front of units. A waher is available for three $1 coins and drying is complimentary. I'd book again.
