The staff was very helpful and friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself was clean and the street noise barely discernible. The bed sank in in the middle however. The mattress definitely needs replacing (511). The only other thing I disliked was that someone started vacuuming at about 6 AM in the floors above us! This was a Friday morning and we had come from the Central Time Zone, so it felt even earlier to us. The breakfast was a good hotel hot breakfast- scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, juices, waffle maker etc. and was included and served until 10 AM which is nice. Valet parking is really the best option if you're in town for an event and theirs worked seamlessly. If there's not an even, you might be able to get into a ramp for less money. Would definitely stay again! Probably get 2 beds so I'm not rolling into the center of the bed all night with my partner though.

It was not clear that the only off road parking for this location was valet parking--for $40 a night. This needs to be highlighted for this location.

Very convenient location. 2 minute walk to Helium comedy club, and plenty of dining within minutes.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floors were a bit sticky

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and nice and the breakfast was alright. The only thing i didnt like, and was my own preference was the area. But if you love the middle of the city and enjoy the night love you will love it
