The property is unique having been crafted within a train station. Some of the rooms are contained in an actual train. So different!

Trains were cool, construction nearby at the time, no knock to the hotel.

Exceptional service from the staff. Way overpriced for the quality of the room/facilities. I've stayed in nicer, lower end hotels than this. Poor quality for the brand.

Staff not very hospitable, almost apathetic or just going through the motions.There was no hot water in the whole building. Come to find out that the boiler was broken. No warning from staff. Tub did not drain at all. Still full after an hour

Hi Arthur,We truly apologize for your experience while staying with us. The hot water boiler had went out and we were not unaware until the morning of that why we had to do an emergency shut down. I wish we had known sooner to inform guest. Also thanks for bringing the tub to our attention it will be routed to the appropriate department.
