Ruined my Mother’s weekend for myself and my family

Thank you for the feedback April, it is very important to us. I am very sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. I will certainly share your feedback from your other posted review with team, particularly the slow service in the restaurant. The pool hours are stated on our website. The pool does close at dusk. The state mandates a certain amount of lighting for an outdoor pool at night in order to remain open. Unfortunately the hotel cannot install that lighting as the pool faces the beach and those lights would not meet the requirements for the Sea Turtle Regulations. We do hope that in the future we have the opportunity to welcome you back so we can provide a much better experience.Sincerely,Alan FGeneral Manager

Coffee served as part of complimentary breakfast was weak and tasted watered down. Service was great thanks to Laurie. Views at breakfast were lovely and peaceful. Valet parking being a requirement is unabashedly unnecessary. This is the only hotel on the island has their own pedestrian walkway so why make it a requirement for people to use valet parking?

The hotel had broken floor. Coffee machine did not work.

The floors were dirty, as you walk across the floor, filth was sticking to my feet. The bed and bedding were great. Did not like the parking across the street, and have to ask the valet to get my car, and parking fee was 20.00 per day! We will not stay here again.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, easy access to Melbourne sites, nice pool, right on ocean, superb customer service.
