It’s not a bad hotel. The view is gorgeous. However, the front desk staff never smile and say Hi to you when you come back to Hotel. It’s a little weird.

The place is brand new, and is probably also the reason for the problems I’ve had:
The lobby was still under construction the whole time I stayed, and made the lobby lounge basically useless. There’s also not much going on nearby other than a huge park right in front of the hotel.
The night before I left I asked the staff for the airport shuttle, and was given a piece of paper with the exact pickup location on a map. Yet when I went there the next morning it turned out to be about 100 metres away from the right place, so I missed the shuttle that runs only every 2 hours and had to call a taxi and spent extra $50.
Until all this is fixed I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone else.
