Great facilities and locations. The only suggestion I have is to schedule early shuttle to airport before 10:30 am.

The ac did not work well and it got very hot in the room there was also a loud crying baby next door you can hear everything. I don’t recommend this hotel. They nickel and dime you for everything they charge to use the sauna and they charge u to use pool by having to buy a swimming cap from
Them. This place is ridiculous

Located at the center of all dinings, transportations and shopping options. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Stayed at the Conrad Seoul before this hotel but Sheraton hotel had a much better breakfast option. Strongly recommend to friends.

Posted 25 Jan 2024 on HotelsChris at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was vast and delicious. The only bad thing was an intense dead smell in the hallway on our floor.
