The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the laundry service and was impressed with the speed of my laundry return.

The hotel is good overall. Service very good. Soundproofing is poor though. You can hear conversations from the adjacent room

Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe room facilities and overall condition is dated. The towels have an unpleasant smell and the bathroom is always maybe because of slow drainage. The breakfast spread has limited choices especially if you stay long enough. The worst part is the loud, repetitive, irritating and unhealthy (bad for guests with heart condition) noise related to the Dinagyang Festival. Not a place to stay if you need a peaceful and quite vacation.
