Great for business travel, close to Osan. Convenient for food options, very good location. I will be coming back!

No customer services
Posted 7 Feb 2024 on HotelsI arrived at hotel at 12pm. Understand most hotel check in is 3pm as they need time to clean up the room . Hotel told me there are rooms ready but they need to charge me for the 3hrs of early check in. Not my first time staying here, it is really a disappointment. I told them I'm not going pay. Either let me check in at 12pm since there is a room , i shall not stay this hotel any more. Even the morning Taxi services is badlly done.

Posted 6 Nov 2023 on HotelsHotel is fine and comfortable. Main downsides are bar not open in the evening and only a buffet breakfast available. I went to subway instead which was far cheaper for the small amount i wanted.
