We stayed in a studio. Looked newly renovated, super clean and quiet. Great place to stay and easy to get to the Bowl of Brooklyns for a concert.

My family and I have stayed at Ratanui on many visits to Taranaki over the years. The cosy units are set in amazing park-like grounds and the place almost feels like a second home to us. For travelers who enjoy the peace and serenity of the countryside.

This is a beautifully tranquil countryside setting
The room was great, and met our needs
The only detractor was that the view, seen on the advert, and the reason I picked this venue isn’t there!
Huge trees now block the view of the mountain, and you have to leave the property and drive down the road to see it fully.

We stayed at the Ratanui Villas previously and absolutely love this place. Stunning gardens, comfortable and super clean.
The only reason I didn't rate it 10/10, is because our unit didn't have a heat pump and it was super cold. A heater was in the unit but it barely threw out heat.
Very friendly host and cleaning lady.
