I need a best offer in Hurghada from expedia because i had changed from booking to expedia and i will still reserve from expedia.

There wasn’t any precaution regarding COVID-19 against gusts who can access everything and use the dining area without minimal assistance from staff to reduce the possibility of infection ,rooms are very good
Staff need more training about customer service and how to deal with customers
Nice place and it’s recommended to stay there

It's a massive hotel with access to use the facilities of the adjoining hotel with water slides. The roof top adults only pool is a nice touch with everything there except a shower so the pool does get oily after time.

Terrible experience.
Posted 24 Feb 2015The weather was ok and some of the staff did make an effort to make it pleasant. ..especially one of the chef's who made some other food for us because the standard in all the restaurants was so poor...I've been all over the world but this was the worst experience.
