False advertising does not serve breakfast
Very dirty, bug poop all over the equipment, found dead roaches with live roaches in the room they put us in!!!!!! Holes in the walls ceilings show water damage and leaking. Damage to doors showing break ins. Extremely upset about it and when we brought up the bugs they did nothing but put us in another disgusting room offered no remorse or compassion other then oh yeah I'm sorry forgot about that like WHAT!!!!! $74 to sleep with roaches!!!!!! And they know about it!!!!! They need to be SHUTDOWN immediately extremely deep cleaned and renovated replace nonworking equipment! I will visit again and I want my damn money back but they won't compensate for there neglect bug filled disgusting hotel.

We are sorry your were unhappy. Because of your complaints, you moved to the other room. Our cook's pest control company check and treat our property once a week. We serve oatmeal, buns, donuts, coffee, etc. There is a remote controller in the room that you stayed where there is repainted and recarpeted few month ago.. We will do our best to serve our Guest better.

Cool air button missing on vent, was told TV doesn't work, kind of dirty/slimy floor
The man who checked me in was kind and respectful, same with the woman who checked me out. Breakfast wasn't there without request.
Room key repeatedly didn't work and had to get two new ones to get into my room originally and after "breakfast"
