The gal at check in was courteous and friendly. The hotel was having a plumbing issues and she was very informative. We unfortunately had to leave a day early and Expedia was very helpful with cancelling our last night's stay and crediting my account in a very timely manner.

We really enjoyed our stay however, I’m an inspector and cleanliness could have been better in our room. The shower had some mold and the tv was very smudgy where someone had tried to to clean it but didn’t do a good job. Also need training on bed making.

The breakfast was great. We love to stay here every time we are in Huntsville AL.

Friendly staff. Overall, nice facility - need to possibly update furnishing in the rooms

Easy access in and out of parking lot. Hotel was clean and felt safe. Breakfast was also included in package so that was a plus.

The hotel is great. There was a glitch from Expedia and there was no record of our reservation/ payment. I called Expedia and it was handled quickly. Thank goodness there were rooms available.
