Hotel was loud, dirty, old. Our door was broken. Very disappointed, not worth the cost. Will not stay again.

Bathrooms are beyond tiny; the worst room I've experienced in comparable hotels.

Decent location, over priced for a "river view" that is mostly rooftop and other buildings. Check in was not at 4pm like advertised due to room not being ready. Was unable to check in til 530. Staff was apologetic but was unable to do much which i do understand, just was frustrating.
