The property was very nice from the decor to the employees even down to the valet, only thing I didn’t like is it is a pet free hotel because I don’t do pets and look like I had pet hair on the couch that was in the room I stayed in (could have been lint though) but overall I had a great stay at hotel Laura !!!!

We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which ended up being closed after the freak storm which ripped through downtown the day before our arrival, while this was not the fault of the hotel it all was just disappointing as it was a very hot weekend in Houston. The staff are lovely and kept us supplied with nice as there are no fridges in the rooms which made it hard as it was very hot snd we couldn’t even bring back some water or sodas and keep them cold. I think the property is newish/renovated and needs to add fridges to the rooms. If we spend a weekend in Houston and the pool is open I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

Close to the venue we were attending. One check in staff member was not a happy person. All other staff strived to do their best.
