The only con I have is Valet parking. Not much room to leave car and Valet staff was understaffed.

This hotel was very unreasonable. Our original flight was delayed and eventually cancel. I kept in contact with the hotel the entire ordeal. When I contacted the hotel and stated they canceled our flight and I needed to cancel our reservation I was told it would not be a problem all I had to do is contact the company I went through and they will be able to cancel. The company reached out to them and let them know how our flights were canceled and we wanted a refund since we couldn’t make it because of the airline. ( still no reimbursement) to top it all off it was our one year anniversary and we were recommended by friends how awesome this hotel was and their hospitality. From my phone conversation and the company conversation they are not nice. The flight situation was out of our hands and because it was a holiday weekend we couldn’t get a reasonable flight to fly out. I do not recommend this hotel!!!

We do offer more flexible rate plans that allow the hotel and the traveler more options when trips do not go as planned. The discount may not be as steep, but typically offers much more flexibility when these things happen. Great customer service; staff very attentive and responsive - room amenities met expectations. However, hoped for a small refrigerator to store food and beverages. Overall, great facility - highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. I booked this hotel for my four daughters for 2 nights because they had a concert and it was within walking distance. The only complaint that they had was that they asked the lady serving breakfast a questions about their breakfast coupons and she didnt answer their question and just took their coupons and turns out the coupons were for 2 days and they were embarrassed to ask for another coupon so they didnt get breakfast the second day. The breakfast was delicious.There was also several homeless people across the street, but the valets were outside. Good thing that they were in a large group. Overall the hotel experience was good.I would stay again

Rooms could definitely use a mini fridge. Would be nice to have a cold bottle of water in the Texas heat.

Nice Hotel and staffing very nice and helpful. Only complain was there’s was a mild smell coming from the hallway and in the area a lot of homeless people

We had a fantastic time at this property and the staff made all the difference, especially Norton. He always greeted us when we were in the lobby and made us feel like home away from home. There are walkable restaurants near by and a great area by the bar to play pool! We will be back!

Excelente lugar !! La comida está bien. El staff muy atento y pendiente a que estés atendido. Si renta carro solo hay valet parking disponible. Los alrededores no son muy seguros.

Staff was not friendly . Valet is way too much and no breakfast was a included. Will not recommend this place and will never be baxk
