Best. Pillows. EVER! Lovely staff who are all awesome people! Beautiful building - it used to be a telephone office and they incorporated phones into the theme of the place. This is NOT their fault, but the train does run by and I could hear the horn from it throughout the day. Just something to be aware of, but I don't think it took away from the lovely experience. A little noise is typical in a downtown area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Houston.

This hotel in centrally located. You can walk to Minute Maid Park in 10 min. You can also take the bus from the IAH airport to this hotel. The bus stop is a few blocks away. Clean hotel with elegant bathroom. Free continental breakfast. I would book this hotel again

My stay was May 20-22nd 2024 10/10 Room was clean Food (breakfast) was tasty Staff was very friendly. Tracey working the coffee bar so nice and was great The front desk girl with the braids works mornings ..I didn’t get her name but she was amazing. And there is another guy that floats around. In a black shirt and a walkie . . He was also very good . Thank all three of you for making my stay pleasant and memorable .all three of you deserve a raise !
