Front entrance awning looks terrible, bathroom had some mildew in the shower and drain went down slow. Other than that, not too bad.

No hot water . Property looks like a resort on line and then in person looks like the painters left early and if you tripped and fell towards the wall you could fall through. For 270 a night I would have preferred to sleep somewhere else . I called multiple times for about two hours about the hot water. And never could get an answer. The hot tub was not turned on and the pool smelt like old water. I truly felt like I was scammed when I looked at the pictures and saw it was downtown. I thought at least we will have a great experience for this price and as soon as I got there, had to put another deposit down for my card so it totaled over 300 for a place that had no hot water to shower before we went to a funeral and no one could give me a proper answer about it and there was no manager on site to even consider any type of refund.

I have sent an email to Expedia and I have yet to hear anything back. I didn’t even stay at the hotel. They canceled my room for me and I’m waiting on a refund for my $600. There was construction 🚧 going on and the front entrance was not accessible. The view from my window was construction material. But I understand that it’s in older hotel and probably needs some work. Thank you the room was good.

The room smelled. The bathroom door didn’t close. The rug was filthy. I had to leave immediately and book another room at another hotel.
