The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The front desk folks were helpful when needed. My biggest gripe is that I paid $20 a night for parking in an unsecured lot, and there were not enough parking spaces; we had to circle several times to find something. Some cars were parked where they were not supposed to be because there was no other option.

Although we were there for a 2nd opinion, it was a plus meeting folks going through the same thing and sharing their success stories. The only drawback were the bathroom sinks as the spout on the sinks were too short causing water to constantly flow backwards on the counter.

The property and rooms were average in cleanliness ( I found crumbs on the carpet floor upon entering room). But service was below average at the front desk when asking for early check-in, late check-out, or simply asking for a bottle of water comped. Responding to all by strict rules only and water was water was either free or $3 a bottle depending on the front desk mood. This stuff dodn't make me feel very good.

This hotel is very nice and I will be staying again. The front desk including Javier and Doc were very polite and helpful. I have stayed at several hotels in my time and this place has it figured out. From the front desk, to the waitress at the restaurant, shuttle driver and security guard. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area or anyone with a loved one visiting the Houston medical center. Keep up the good work!
