I have stayed at this property before and it was a spectacular. This visit has been shockingly poor. Heading to our room the hallways reeked of weed. Inside the room we found the toilet seat to be broken. We tried to call for room service but no one answered and no one called us back to get our order. For the cost of the room and valet, I expected much better service and environment.

No hand towels or wash cloths. Long lines for check in. Refused to let people check in early even though they were expecting more bookings than normal.
