Great location , and rooms are comfortable. Service is excellent. Very friendly .. pool area could be upgraded but it does have charm .

The staff excellent, each and every one of them. The parking has ridiculous charges $50. a day is a bit too much for staying 9 days I paid more for parking than for renting a car. plus the tips we would go in out like two to three times a day.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in on our visit to hawaii and we have had many! The location, cleanliness, and caring staff was above and beyond !!! I would recommend this stay to anyone staying in Waikiki.

Each time I’ve come around the area, the property was under construction, I could not imagine my surprise in walking in the lobby and to my room. beautifully modern. Staff very friendly and thankful ice machine was available. Mahalo’s for a safe enjoyable stay.

The double room was smaller than we thought. There were only 2 very small trash cans in the room. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The coffee daily was convenient. The staff were all very nice and the hotel offers some valuable additional amenities like beach rentals at Beach Candy, beach towels at the front desk, reef safe sunscreen, and water refilling station. The room size and initial cleanliness is the only reason we’re giving it 3 stars.

The lobby is nice and clean with a nice sitting area, the valet were extremely nice.
The bad is the extra costs, the resort fee was not advertised and was not something very useful, it included towels, a automatic espresso machine, sunscreen, and access to a pool table, foosball table, and darts all of which you have to pay to play anyway. Valet is required and expensive as well.
Housekeeping did not restock our water cups, toilet paper or tissues so we had to go to the lobby to request them.
The equipment in the workout room did not power on.
In order to get to the hotel via car yoy have to go a specific way or you cannot get your car in there.
There is no power vent in the bathroom and no easy way to hang dry clothes on the balcony. Also for coffee in the room you have to call and ask for a keurig there is no machine in the room on arrival. Our fridge did not work either. 2 double bed room was tiny.
