This hotel was awesome i just wished i could self park for free or self park at a cheaper rate then 45 a night. I honestly thought it was free because how much i spent on the package deal from the flight, car and hotel. It was still nice to visit.

On the day of my arrival less than 5 hours before my check in, I received a call, not from the hotel itself but, rather a call center indicating that my reservation has been replaced or move to other hotel due to their “customers time share”. I booked this hotel and paid in full 8 month prior to my arrival but at the last minute I was told my reservation has been replace. They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

The property was lovely, clean, accomdated all of our needs. The staff was most gracious...all the staff. I do wish check-in could be earlier than 4pm cuz it doesnt leave much room to be on time for 445 dinner reservations.Being from Texas, I didnt feel the AC was able to keep the room temp cool enough, however I would certainly visit this property again and recommend, mostly because the staff and location.
