The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little dirty at corner spots but acceptable. Overall feeling is good and positive for the price they charged.

Overall experience is nice, for a solo traveler, the room size is just perfect. Spacious enough for one person, not too small and not too big. It is in Kwun Tong, not exactly Kowloon, 2 stops away from Kowloon Bay with MTR. Quite far if your purpose to HK is going around, need 2x change of MTR lane to go to the HK island and 1x change to TST/Mongkok. Although staffs are not entirely friendly, but they are very helpful.
I love the sustainability movement, by providing water dispenser on every floor, no bottles provided in the room.
The fitness center is very nice with new equipment too.
