over the top ostentatious luxury. Street noise always there even 31 stories up,especially on Saturday nights when loud bar music played until 5 a.m. Unfortunate, as that is not the hotels fault.

The location is ideal for visitors, the service across the board is impeccable. The outstanding award must go to the staff and once again from the bellhop, housekeeping, food and services, front desk. Your hotel is exceptionally represented by your staff and they and management should be commended for this excellence. Loved my stay here and will be returning in a few months along with friends that I have highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay after a disappointing start from another establishment.

Great except for the shower turn on. You get drenched just turning it on. Not great when you don’t want to get your hair wet
