Superb historical hotel. Service was absolutely exceptional. I left my wallet in the room and got a note from the concierge saying that my room could not made because my personal belongings being left in the room! Staff were extremely friendly and put a personal touch which made us feel at home.Service is an ART at Grand Hotel Saigon!

Very well located hotel easy walking access to numerous sites, bars and restaurants. Facility has aged and staff could be more attentive to customers.
