Our luxury king suite was anything but luxurious. Bugs, shower and mini fridge broken. If you stay in south building on ground level you are in the parking lot. Requested to be moved from that area 4X and until escalated to management was told they would “try” two days later we were able to move to the other side to a room that was CLEAN with a working shower and fridge and away from the parking lot with our small children. They only refunded one of the two nights. The pool had spilled food and drink under all the chairs for the entire time we were there. Someone came around the pool to take orders maybe once every 90 minutes. The breakfast buffet was cold. The list goes Way on. We have stayed here over 8X and we will not be returning.

Spent 4 wonderful nights there for our 45th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been nicer. We came back to our room one afternoon and they delivered chocolate covered strawberries and Prosecco, what a wonderful surprise! It’s a beautiful hotel with lush tropical gardens and a relaxed atmosphere. We’re going to be back next year….maybe sooner 😉

During the check out the hotel charges everyone $40 per night. I ended up paying additional $200 for 5 night. It is not disclosed anywhere on Expedia website about that charge.

This was a great hotel. It's right on the beach. The Palmetto Dunes Pickleball and Tennis facility is within a 10 minute walk. The Palmetto Dunes walking / biking path is right accross the street from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants, places to shop, and activities within a 10 minute drive.

This is our second time staying at the Hilton Head Omni Resort, we love it! So much to do for the whole family. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is wonderful. Easy access to the beach and easy parking!
