We loved our stay! Our Villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed other than iron and ironing board. The only issue we had was the internet. Had trouble connecting and then dropping out. We’ll definitely come again. Thank you!

Excellent customer service,Value for money,Clean and Comfortable, Spacious Villa, walking distance to shops and most importantly safe for family to stay. Will definitely stay here again. One of the best that I’ve stayed.

Be prepared to make your own bed

It was a bit odd here. We had a two bedroom trailer/cabin reserved and upon checking in, found the twin bed inn the second bedroom unmade with folded sheets atop the mattress. When I asked if having to make your own bed is standard procedure, the front desk tried to explain that they don't make the second bed because guests tend to pu their luggage on it and this soils the sheets. Huh? Even if there's a blanket over the sheets? They then said that they may make it if they know someone is going to sleep in it. Well, it was me and my adult son. Couldn't they have figured out we would want to sleep in it? Or couldn't they have emailed us ahead to ask? Very strange. Otherwise the place was fine, adequate.

Hello Steven. Yes you are correct, there is a fitted sheet on the single beds. The top sheet, doona and towel are folded at the bottom of the bed. We also have signs on these beds asking patrons not to put luggage on them unless they have paid for the beds. This may be where the confusion lies. When you spoke to me asking if it is standard procedure, I was explaining why we also have signs on the bed, not why they are not made up. Yes, I also offered to go over and make the bed up for you, not because you had two adults, but because you seemed upset. I am pleased you found the rest of our accommodation adequate.
