This hotel is fantastic! I would definitely stay here again. The spa is lovely, rooms are well done with all the amenities, fitness room is convenient, restaurant is wonderful, and it is close to public transport and a grocery store. It is a great location near the harbor and amazing local restaurants. Definitely eat pizza at the Pizzeria Via Tribunali.

The common area as you enter the hotel is very dark and dull, almost depressing!
The cleaners on some days did not even take out the trash or the recycle. The bathroom sink was not cleaned and the bed was not properly made up, just pulled together. We welcomed the ability to cook a breakfast and enjoyed having a kettle in the room where we could have a cup of tea whenever ! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent venue - would definitely stay at the same place again next time in Helsinki.
The apartments are self sufficient and there’s local grocery stores nearby if you want to do a bit of cooking.
24 hr gym access (local gym) was definitely a perk. Plus walkable to most of the major tourist destinations in Helsinki made it a really good stay.

Room was not suitable for mobility . Steps up to bedroom area. Bed accessible only one side.
Seniors with mobility issues found room not suitable.

Great location to stay, walking distance from the old city. The room was clean and the staff was supper friendly.

I wish the property didn’t have music on all night. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. My room was facing the front of the hotel above the entrance. The outdoor speakers should be turned off at reasonable hour. Otherwise it eas a great place.
