Good hotel , but bad accounting system/department.
Posted 9 Jun 2018 on HotelsI like this hotel overall. However, I checked out on 5/24, but the withheld security deposit from my credit card has not been cancelled as of 6/10. I called the hotel for twice already. I am not happy with their accounting department/system.
Also, the room card did not work for elevator frequently. My co-worker in my local office told me that he met the similar problem a couple years ago already. We think the elevator system for room card reader need to be updated.

Pros: the staff recognized that there is a guest staying for a week and made me felt welcome
Cons: dont ask for any discounts
Location: close to the train station
stayed here for a week, from the front office manager to the general manager of the hotel came and introduced themselves and greeted well.
