The hotel is falsely advertising that they have an indoor pool. I booked the hotel specifically because I was wanting an indoor pool. When I discovered that the pool was not even operational, I asked for a refund but they refused. Just terrible customer service.

Room was given away. Staff advised that expedia canceled room. After speaking with the GM the folowing day, he told me what I knew, expedia did not cancel but the employee who lied about it gave it away. I called and spoke to the hotel ahead of time and explained it would be a late check in. My name was taken and I was told that it was no problem. We drove 6 hours after working all day and was unable to find a room due to spring break. 0 hotels available from HattiesB to Florida. Room was booked and paid a week ahead. My family slept in a parking lot. I will not be staying at a Hilton owned facility in the future.

Not up to Hilton Standards
Posted 11 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe employees at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The room; however, is a different story. The first room we were given was already inhabited by a huge cockroach on the wall. To say the least we changed rooms. The air conditioning in the second room did not work. The third room was decent, although definitely not up to par for a Hilton property. It was clean but needed updating and overall maintenance. To say the least we will not be staying at this property again.

Old and overpriced
Posted 4 Feb 2024 on HotelsOverpriced hotel. Old and outdated. For a Hilton hotel, I was disappointed in what condition it was. Nasty carpet in the halls.
Pool was closed and this was a reason why I picked this hotel. I most definitely should I get part of the price I paid refunded back to me. Breakfast was not good, salty and very few items to pick from. I do not recommend this hotel.

Do not book king suite
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsFirst off if you’re paying for a room with a jacuzzi you would think the tv in the room would be a smart tv to make the experience even better. It had basic cable and the remote barely worked. Room was very basic. View horrible. The hotel also ran out of towels so we couldn’t get face towels which sucked. The jacuzzi wasn’t properly cleaned either so we decided to not even use it as to why we booked the room.
