Easy check in and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are quite dated and need upgrading, however everything was clean and tidy.
There are lot's od restaurants within walking distance and it has a mini mart attached aswell as an ATM.

The guest rooms are very spacious and great if you have multiple travelers requiring more than 1 guest room. It is quite worn out with time, but is still in a good condition for a couple nights stay. It is around 3-5 minutes walk if you need some local food and coffee. Otherwise you are just at the edge of the Old Quarter, and within a 10 minute walk to St Joseph Cathedral. Ride hail is easily available and can bring you to the Old Quarter within 5 minutes and West Lake within 10-15 minutes ride away. I would say this service apartment is conveniently located but away from the craziness of the Old Quarter.

Nice and convenient with a functional kitchen. There is also a grocery store on the premise. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff is wonderful; so are the front desk folks. I highly recommend.

The location is great and the staff are great but the property itself is old and pretty rundown. This place had decent reviews so we booked 3 nights after the new year but ended up checking out after the first night.
My family and I reserved a Premier 2 Bedroom, which is supposed to be their top tier room. When we checked in, they initially gave us this disgusting 2 bedroom that smelled badly and had nasty stained carpets throughout. I'm pretty sure they gave this to us bc we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). I went downstairs and told them that wasn't the type of room that we reserved and they quickly moved us down the hall to another room. This one was a little better but it still just had a real uneasy feeling. Everything just felt a little off.. like they did some cheap renovations and threw in a few random pieces of furniture. It was not warm and inviting at all like you see in their pictures! The hallways smelled, the kitchen was really old (not a huge deal), the couch was dirty, the beds were hard, warm water was regulated (only one person could shower). It was just bad and nothing I've ever experienced before. This place is wayyy overpriced for what it has to offer.
We requested to check out early after the first night and they were only willing to refund us one night. We took that and got out of there as quickly as possible.
