One Great Room & Another OK
Posted 16 Sep 2021 on HotelsI stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience.

Posted 12 Oct 2019 on Hotelsi had to call down for a menu for room service which is a little inconvenient. also, i waited 20 minutes to get a water bottle at breakfast.

Perfect for my Business Trip in Hangzhou
Posted 26 Jul 2019 on HotelsHotel looks brand new and is the nicest Doubletree in which I've stayed. There's a multitude of dining, shopping, and bar options within walking distance including an upscale mall across the street. Location was perfect for my business trip, however, tourists might want to stay closer to downtown/sites.

It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel, it is part of a larger complex.

Trip to Hangzhou

One of the best Double Tree Hilton hotels
Posted 20 Jan 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is very nice. Big rooms, kept really clean. Much better than the Double Tree Hilton in USA. They have nice restaurants and a good vegetarian friendly buffer for breakfast. A nice bar to have some good drinks too! The hotel is located at a 5 min walk from a big mall which has pretty much most casual brands and dozens of places to eat (very few veg options). Would definitely suggest this hotel as well as stay here again!
