I have stayed at this property 4 times now and it is amazing . The location is great. 5 min walk to crystal caves and the swizzle inn . The hotel has its own private cave pool and the private beach is fabulous . The hotel restaurant has one of the best breakfast buffets. The staff is great and go above and beyond to be helpful. The even have a laundry on premises that you can use for 2$ detergent included . The bus stops right in front of the hotel and it's 2.90 per person one way to basically go anywhere on the island .

Very good experience. Bermuda has a very good public bus system. we got passes from the Hotel and traveled very comfortably from the hotel to various attractions, later returning to the Bus Stops right in front of the hotel property.
Food and staff were all fantastic.

Very personable staff and accommodating.
Bedding was very comfortable.
Hilly areas but staff will shuttle from check in to hotel room and to pool and beach areas.
Beautiful landscape.
