Hotel is great. Did not care for the video kiosk check in. The employee was great but the process was just a bit more cumbersome than a real resin would have been.

In addition to appreciating the cleanliness and convenience of this property, it had more character than your typical hotel. I loved the British theme, which was elegant rather than being overdone, making it more charming. We enjoyed our two-night stay. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast bar offered a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

This property is in a good location, however the kiosk check in virtual agent isn't a good thing have, you have to basically shout your first and last name, how many nights your staying to everyone in the lobby, which is insecure and private data. Then the rooms are okay, but the bathrooms arent nice, its older and the upstairs is noisy, we heard the people on the 2nd floor the whole night. This place allows pets so there are dogs and a smell of pets in the rooms. Our room smell wasnt bad, but our daughter is allergic to dogs, if I would have known this hotel allows pets I would have booked elsewhere. That said, the gentleman at the desk was nice, but check in took way too long with no call back and the room was not serviced even when I said that I would like it to be. Overall, I wouldnt stay again unfortunately.

A nice little spot in Half Moon Bay! Loved the theme, comfortable room, and on-site restaurant. It’s conveniently located in a great area and easy to find local activities.
