Amazing place, really good view of the Mount Fuji, the staff were exceptional and the food was great, I recommend to dine there, at least for dinner

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for the sight view. Food is super good. Highly recommended.

Great location with lake views. We upgraded to a Japanese room with private onsen. Room was spacious (four of us). Facilities were also great but biggest let down was ventilation & mould on walls Not great for asthma sufferer. I raised this with the hotel who offered a small reduction on cost of upgrade but this doesn’t really compensate for the bad experience.. The hotel however said they would clean the mould properly next time.
